All members of IALSE including Life, Institutional and Patron are granted free access to the Journal website and can use the materials uploaded in it free of charges.

We will collect a prescribed fee as publication charges from author(s) or sponsoring agencies as it is an open access journal.

All the author(s) of the papers published in the journal will get an e-copy of the journal from the publishers and they can download their publication as many copies as required from the website.

All readers can access to the journal website and use the materials free of charges.
