Peer review is to ensure that IJLSE is publishing quality research studies, articles, reviews, etc. for the benefit of the academic community and those who use the journal.
The objective of peer review is to see how the quality of paper can be improved and the standards of the journal can be upgraded to international levels. Revisions and improvement of a paper is an integral part of the publication process and help raise the quality of the paper.
IJLSE follows double blind review process. Each article will be reviewed by minimum three experts. In case the peer reviewers demand, the authors may be requested to provide the raw data for verification. On the basis of the comments of the peer reviewers, the editorial board will take a decision regarding the acceptance and convey the decisions to the corresponding author.
While the comments of the peer reviewer are communicated to the corresponding author, the author(s) can resubmit the paper with modifications or take back the paper and submit elsewhere for publication in case the peer reviewers suggested for revision of the paper or modification.
The submission of paper will be online and the authors can access the peer review report once it is ready. After review, the corresponding author may submit the final version of the article for publication with modification if any suggested.
The manuscripts will be rejected only in very rare cases. If the article is written in a disorganised manner without following approved patterns of a scientific paper, lacks proper analysis and interpretation of data, does not reflect distinct findings of the study which are different from already existing ones, lack of proper referencing and not citing latest studies, if the findings and theories are not properly supported by data and arguments, if proper research methods are not followed to conduct the study and narrated, articles not written in good language, etc. the chances for rejection are high.
